The weather has been a little better, and the fishing boat should be in the water, EXECPT,,, a long day of floor fitting and painting nearly a week ago, over worked my back, resulting in a weeks worth of severe back spasms. Not Fun! Today was the first day I was able to get back to work on it, (work an hour, rest two hours). My back is feeling like it’s almost in one piece again, with only a few minor fractures.

I was able to work long enough to the the new floor in the boat, but not long enough to get the final coat of paint on it. Maybe Tomorrow. (and maybe a picture of the new floor)

A few boats have been trolling the river, but I haven’t seen a lot of fish caught, and a line off the dock is very unproductive. I’m thinking the Walleye are safe, at least until I get a boat in the water.

And back to thoughts of a new carry gun. So far no one I have looking has been able to come up with the Sig I’m looking for. I’m ready when ever one show’s up, but in the mean time the old Glock still serves it’s purpose nicely.

And speaking of Walleye boats, I saw a couple of nice walleye taken out of the river today.
