Fox and Kit’s

Back in late winter/early spring,  I posted about a pair of Foxes playing and hunting on the other side of the river.  I posted a couple of poor photo’s  and stated that I thought the female may have been pregnant,  and if so I’d try to get a photo of the kit’s.   The photo above was a perfect opportunity to follow up that statement.   It was about a week ago and we noticed a Kit,  playing on the seawall.  By the time I grabbed the camera,  and took the photo,  all I can really make out is the mother,  sitting in the grass near the center of the picture.    She sat there watchfully,  as the Kit’s were playing.  We actually got to watch the two Kit’s play a bit,  before I ran for the camera.   I’m not sure if the Kit’s are visible in this photo,  I’m thinking I may have missed them.
