First Ice of 2008

November 19th, 2008:  Augres River is iced over.

A bit earlier than I thought, but we woke up this morning to a solid sheet of ice,  and light snow covering the river.  Looks like the high today is going to be 32.5 degree’s and the ice might make it through the night.
