AuGres River mini-report

It’s COLD!   Just a few snow flurries so far,  but definately Cold.  We hoping for a warmup in the next few days,   got a dock to take out,  and another boat too.  The only fish I hear coming out of the river are a few small Perch and occasionally a Pike.  The big water has been deadly for over a week now.   There’s still some leaves on the Maples, Oaks, and Birch, and Popular,  but it’s starting to look and feel, like winter.

On a side note,  yesterday I lost the hardrive on an old Snap Server 1000.  It had a ton of nostalgic stuff on it,  but nothing of any real value.  Just a reminder of how fragile electronic data can be I guess.     If anyone has any suggestions as to how to get the thing up again,  long enough to pull some info off it,  I’d appreciate  any suggestions.

   snap drive… that’s funny… I remember when those were purchased (‘8

   you can always try the freezer trick.
