“Let’s ban all guns today” at Balleye’s Boomers”

Today,  I read that our gang of anti-gun polititions now want to apply the RICO Racketeering Statutes to Federal Firearm Law.  We can thank the creepy NY Senator Charles Schumer,  and the very creepy New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg for this sick and unconstitutional idea.

In short this legislation,  now titled S.77, expanding RICO,  would do the following (and much more).

• Wipe out any protections against new punitive lawsuits, that were ended by the enactedment of the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act of 2005
• Make passing a familiy heirloom (firearm) to a family member across a state line,  a federal felony,  involving not only your family, your gun club and any other like minded organizations you belong to, including the NRA.

This is yet another example of the “dirty pool” being played by anti-gunners!!  This, even after March 9th when the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia issued an epochal ruling “that the Second Ammendment, actually protects the Right to Keep and Bear Arms for INDIVIDUALS“!
